Early school vacation

Yesterday the government of Peru announced that all schools would have to be closed from the 15th-31st of July.  They are trying to prevent the spread of illness, particularly swine flu.  As you can imagine this created quite a stir at the schools since winter break wasn’t scheduled for another couple weeks.  Hopefully, this won’t mess up too many people’s vacation plans.  I’m not a doctor, but I don’t think it will help all that much.  We’ll see!
