This past Sunday our mission spent the Sunday school time passing out balloons and inviting people to church. Sunday was our districts last Sunday to play in the streets. They call it a “ciclovia”. What they do is close down one side of the road and play games from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. We have been passing church information out along with other things on the 3rd Sunday of every month for the past 5 or 6 months. We blew up nearly 100 balloons and took to the streets to pass them out along with fliers and cards from our church. We had a great time giving away the balloons and inviting people to church. The turn out was not as much as we would have liked from our people at the mission, but we hope with time that will change. Natali and Neomi were very excited to give people balloons and they were a big help. We praise the Lord they were/are excited to help in the ministry! Please pray that the Lord would see fit to give us fruit from these Sundays.
