It has been a busy week for us! When I returned from the jungle I met my father-in-law in Lima and we returned together to Cusco. His visit was timed perfectly for Natali and Neomi’s 9th birthday, which we celebrated on Wednesday! Grandpa brought a lot of goodies with him, as well as birthday presents for the girls! The girls have been on “cloud 9” ever since his arrival. On their birthday we also had a special visit from their Nene and Papaw Stanton. The Stanton’s have been missionaries for 30 years in Peru and had the girls in their custody before we did. It was great to spend time with them for a few days and the girls were ecstatic to have them! Needless to say, the girls made out pretty well for their birthday!
