Cuy is the word we use here in Peru for guinea pig.  This past Monday a couple of the youth from the church had the day off and wanted to cook us guinea pig at our house.  This was the second time that we have ate guinea pig so we were prepared for what to expect.  It is actually very tasty but there is not much meat there.

Rebecca recently celebrated her 3? birthday!  The girls and I are definitely blessed to have such a wonderful and godly, wife and mother. We had a great time celebrating on Friday and on Sunday the youth at church surprised her with a cake! Here are some pictures:
